Last month, we made a trip to the City of Culture to catch up on all their amazing cultural events and say farewell to the lovely Lisa, Ian and Roisha, the team we worked with to create our fab four Hello Hull magazines.
It was great to see how the city had transformed and how it was buzzing with art everywhere. We managed in just one afternoon to stare and ponder at the Turner Prize nominations, marvel at 16,000 bricks decorated by children, enjoy a Martin Parr photo exhibition and even have a nose around a toy shop that time forgot.
It made us feel very proud to have played a small part in inspiring school children with the culture and heritage of their city. Our four Hello Hull magazines have received nothing but glowing feedback from teachers, children and punters alike, making this one super happy project from start to finish.
We are a little sad that it is ending but so thankful for the opportunity to apply our unique formula of creativity and terrible puns to such worthy project.
Unto 2018 and more culture and art for all!
